I have been with Dr. Williams for many years now he always has my best interest at hand very thorough answers any questions I have and keeps me in good health.

Since it was my first visit with him when he entered the room his smile and handshake made me feel comfortable. He knew why I was there, asked me a few questions about my condition and really listened to my responses. He rendered a relief for my pain and seemed concerned about my condition.

Dr Charles Williams is a wonderful doctor. He always takes time to listen and he explains everything in detail so that I can follow his instructions. He never makes me feel rushed. I trust him completely.

He will talk to you about your problems where a lot of doctors push you out as fast as they can.

My family has been Dr. Williams patients from the beginning of his career with Community Health Network. We have referred him to many of our friends. He is caring, concerned and truly interested in our health needs. Except for extreme emergencies, Dr. Williams is a doctor who is on time for your appointment. I’ve been to doctors elsewhere and had to wait an hour or two past my appointment time to get in to see the doctor.

Dr. Williams is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to see to my needs.

As kind as my primary care provider is, he doesn't seem to listen to requests not only from myself but from other members of my care team. He lacks the understanding of life experiences I've endured and is too firm in his own opinions rather than what is in my best interest... it's extremely disheartening

My chart indicates a full physical was performed. I only had a pap smear on that visit. I feel he is more concerned with pushing vaccines than any concerns I have. Once I stated I wasn't interested, his attitude turned short and indifferent. On the only 2 occasions I have seen him.

We were out of state for 5 months. The church we go to had a company come and do several different medical tests. When we got our results there were different things that they suggest we contact our doctor about. I gave him my results and he looked at them and never said a word about them. I was disappointed.

I feel like we need to spend more time on my health plan...more follow up questions on how i am doing...review prior doctor's notes and follow up on that noted history...not just stagnate on one part of my health... I feel like nothing is getting done to make me well again...no real health plans... we talk about the same obvious factors of my health...my obesity but nothing taught to make it better...always wants to send me somewhere else for things he could do hisself like meal plans...his specialty is weight loss but you could never prove it by my experience...very frustrated at this point.
